Small deli with Big food! Excellent food, great staff and warm atmosphere. I would recommend to others. Enjoy!

Service was fast, people were friendly, smells were pleasant, mozzarella sticks were ok but not as stringy as I'd imagined, Reuben was awesome though.

Staff was a little impersonal, food was okay. I got a party melt and it didn't have much flavor. My mom got a Reuben and she enjoyed it! Guess it's a personal preference.

The corn Beef was very fatty and chewy! The neighborhoods Arab store have better. Corn beef at a much cheaper ptice!.

Nasty attitudes, Totally NO need for Customer's here as they act like We are wasting their time. This after returning from a hiatus of 5+ months thinking that thing's might have improved, wishful thinking indeed. Be warned.They also seem to ENJOY arguing with so called Customers.

Outstanding food and service,don't know how these others are finding fault. Maybe too stupid or incapable of reading or understanding what constitutes good food. All the wait staff are cool and the sandwich. mighty fine. You owe it to yourself to eat here.

Came today to eat corned beef sandwich but there was no corned beef than decided to take fries with cheese but there was no cheese

Usually the food and service are impeccable, not today. Maybe new staff. Steak sandwich hassled cooked, no fries. Cashier to busy on het cell phone and arguing with meat cutter to see to customers, who were getting backed up. Cashier couldn't make change, and they were too busy talking little bites of the corned beef they were cutting to give a full oversized sandwich that you are accustomed to getting. A really off day for them.

Food is great! Service is wonderful, as long as Donna is working, if not be prepared to wait. Would recommend to everyone all the same. Just no Wednesday when Donna's not their.

Awesome place to have breakfast or lunch, but they close early and dinner is a passing fad. Truthfully, I don't have a problem with that; but, this place has so much else to offer, this can be the best 24 hour spot in the greater Cleveland area. The only reason this place doesn't get 5 stars because of their hours and the time your food may take (at least you get to watch them cooking it though).
If you want a good deli experience in Greater Cleveland, visit this place; nothing fancy, just awesome people bringing you good food. I have been to this place at least 50 times since they took the spot over from Goodmans, the menu might not be the same (it has expanded), but the food is just as good ( with the exception of the pastrami, I really miss having the choice between corned beef and pastrami).
Anyways, this place serves good food; but, I just want a pastrami on rye with some cole slaw on the side.
We have to move on, the corned beef hash breakfast is the best you will ever have.

I ONLY am giving a 1 star because my sandwich was good. The cook yelled at me and called me a "butt head" lol, seriously. The staff was so rude. A group of men that were not with me got up and left because of how the male cook was speaking to me. Most of these reviews say something about the customer service. This needs to be addressed or they will lose business. I will NEVER go back again and I plan to let EVERYONE I know about the poor service and disrespectful staff. I will continue to write reviews and contact management regarding this. Never have I been treated so poorly after spending almost 100.00 for lunch.
