  When I bought my Acadia here the salesmen were all great to deal with. They gave me a great deal and made sure everything we wanted done got done. Very friendly atmosphere not like most car lots. Definitely will buy from them again. Love that it's a family owned local business. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

  Family run; sibling treatment (not the red headed step-child variety). I recently purchased a Cadillac Escalade for my girlfriend from Dru at Car Factory and boy was I impressed. From the moment we parked our car on the lot until I signed the documents, we were treated like family.
  
  Our situation was such that we needed a replacement vehicle for my girlfriend's tired 220k+ miles one. We found one that she liked but as I don't ever purchase any used car without having my master mechanic father look it over, I told Dru we'd be back. He was enthusiastic and extremely non-aggressive. It took a few days to arrange the inspection and the whole time Dru remained responsive and helpful. He even had a few minor issues that I'd noticed, fixed and by the time dad arrived, the truck was washed, shiny and parked for it's inspection.
  
  Dru didn't pressure or bother my dad. He hung back and answered any questions. We even took a walk around the lot whilst dad did his thing. It really felt like hanging out with one of my cousins.
  
  Once I got the green light from dad, I signed the paperwork. Dru and his father-boss were really great. I would recommend car factory without hesitation for their honesty, friendly, low-pressure sales style and willingness to work with you.

  Fantastic to work with, got a great deal on a pickup, and Dru was a blast to work with. And the fact that is family owned and operated is pretty awesome.

  Dru my sales manager, was great. He wasn't pushy and just made me very comfortable and when I asked to run the numbers he did. Even then he worked with me and never pushed to sale me the truck I came home with. The test drive was great, never pushed to get back and let me get the feel for the 2010 F150 I came home with. Thank you dru.
