The service dept is the worst, we had them replace our roof under an insurance claim for 10k! They never included the interior damage (even under a supplement, they wouldn't even attempt a supplement). The original estimate was for everything on the roof and paid them extra to add solar connections while they had the roof off( so wires would not show on our new roof) they would never return my phone calls after three weeks to find out when they're going to be done with it we decided to drive there which is an hour drive each way to see what's going on. When we were 15 minutes away from them we received an email stating they were done with it and we owe them another thousand dollars for other work that they did not include for the skylight, when we got there I had them show me the roof and as we started the climb the ladder that was replaced by them I noticed the bolts were loose and some bolts were missing! After the technician fixed the ladder correctly I asked him why the wires were not ran under the roof that I paid extra for, for the solar connections! He stated that he couldn't do it!
So now I have wires flopping on my roof that was never secured down and when he ran the wires he drilled a hole in my cabinet and tried to hide the hole hoping I would not find it!
As for the interior they used three-quarter round molding to hide the damage done to the cabinets and they put different colored ceiling panels up with poor matching for the seams. The molding does not hide all the damage to the cabinets! Both ACs ( they replaced) and covers on the interior were put on sideways! The caulking they did on the interior was not even put on correctly to seal.
Then when I went to pay they changed all the amounts from the original estimate to higher prices to make up the difference that they were supposed to deduct from the original estimate so I had to pay The same price for less work done then the original estimate!
I talked to the service manager that you see on the commercials and he stated he was proud of all the work they did on my RV and would not repair any of the damage that they created by drilling holes and leaving seems incorrectly sealed!
I will be suing them and having somebody else do the repairs correctly I would highly recommend you go to somebody else not these monkeys!!!!!response / report this review -

They had what we needed and were very friendly. They allowed my husband to fix the part in their lot. When we had questions the owner came out to help. It is also dog friendly. Puppies got a treat while we waited.

Very laid back atmosphere and not pushy at all! I like the fact that we could go and look and not feel pressured. This is the best rv dealership in Billings hands down!

I would give Metra RV 6 stars if I could!!
They are awesome.
A different repair shop botched a refrigerator cooling element replacement. Metra went out of their way to work with the warranty company, insurance and us!
They provided us with photos and explanations of the previous 'repair' and were very helpful.
The refrigerator works great, and they got us back on the road quickly.

These guys are the best! We were having inverter and electrical issues while on a cross country RV trip. I called Metra the day before the 4th of July, and they said "bring it in on the morning of the fifth and we'll try to get you in". We did, they did, and we were rolling within a half hour. Brian found our problem immediately and even gave us a quick lesson on the inverter. Very reasonable, nice, and fast. Thank you!!!
