Great burger and professional friendly and attentive service from everyone working in the restaurant. I have tasted some of the other items on the menu and they are all delicious but I always order the burger because it can't be beat. The scenic view from the deck is amazing and it can get quite warm in the summer.

Was recommended by the locals. So glad we can get. Great beer (loved the Avery passion fruit Belgian white), great burgers, and good prices. A local treasure.

Delightful respite from the touristy downtown. Good, hearty burgers are accompanied by a wide selection of brews. In the warmer months, the rear deck area is top notch and a great place to watch the sunset over the mountains.

Chill spot.
Seems like a local destination away from tourists.
Good beer menu with more than one sour (always appreciated!).
Vegetarian menu could have been better and it was def a little pricy ($15 for a veggie burger with guac and salsa and a side of fries).
Service was solid.
If I wasn't vegetarian I'd certainly go back (my dad enjoyed his burger a lot)!response / report this review -

A true locals beer and burgers place with a great deck and views. Their awesome burgers are made fresh daily from ground brisketa life-changing experience! Great selection of local and craft brews as well.

Ate at The Bird a few months back and never got around to writing about it. It was the first time I ever had a $15 burger. Since then I have had a few $15 burgers and The Bird has the best! The joint was slammed but the waitstaff was on top of everything and the beer was cold. I'll gladly be back when I get the chance.

This is a real neat joint just out of town. Great wings and burgers. Nice beer selection and drink specials. Also has a patio with one hell of view. Worth going just to have a drink and enjoy the view of The Grand Tetons.

Laid back, great food, cool servers and a view to die for on back patio. While this place is a bit outside of town, it is totally worth the drive. Spent 8 days in Yellowstone and Tetons and this was the best place we went to eat. We have been to some of the best restaurants in the world and nothing is a bigger turn off that snobby servers - a few of the places in Jackson mistakenly think they are hot stuff but in the end, they are mediocre at best. On the other hand, The Bird is cool without trying to be - the food is solid and they have a GREAT beer selection. Yes, it's bar food but if you want the "local" flavor of Jackson, go to The Bird!

Was expecting the best burger in Wyoming, but thought my own cooking was better. We love mcphails, but decided on this place since mcphails was closed. We won't be back.

WAS good. Used to come here every year on vacation. The most recent time was not good. The schnitzel tasted like it was breaded with whole wheat toast and the potatoes smelled and tasted like cow manure.

This is the BEST place to eat and have a good time! Great food, fun staff, and the perfect view over the valley. Be there for sunset! The beer selection is top of the line.
