Perfect place to rent bikes from! Especially if you're wanting to follow the Falls of Neuse River! The staff was super friendly and helpful. It's been a few years since riding a bike and forgot how much of a joy it was. Definitely check them out!

The Bike Guy is excellent! This is your friendly, local neighborhood bike and trike dealer. I came in to test drive some trikes, but since I'm short, my options were a little limited. One of the owners had me sit in a few and there was a clear winner. However, it needed alot of adjustment, so I came back the next day with my family and it was ready. Test drive went off without a hitch! I really appreciate how they took their time to help me find the right trike for me and adjusted it for my size (they can to shave off several inches!). They made sure we were safe and hydrated. They really care about the whole rider. I will keep driving 40 minutes each way for all my trike/bike needs from The Bike Guy.

Was having trouble with my bikes on a older mtn bike. Came to this store for the 1st time ( heard lots of good before coming). Corey was very helpful and fixed my brakes within minutes. I'll def be recommending and returning. Thanks again corey!

Helpful, friendly, professional and proactive. Stopped in for a quick cable adjustment - the Bike Guys checked my tires and pulled out two glass chips I hadn't even noticed! They have lots of bikes to rent and they're right on the Neuse River Trail!

Shop has great hours and friendly staff. The owner has great advice on products and prices are competitive. I had them do a tune up which took a few days but was done well.

Plus the location on the greenway at the river gives a great place for a test ride. I didn't do this but they offer bike rentals too.

It was time for a tune up and some maintenance on our road bikes. We had seen The Bike Guy whenever we rode on the Greenway trail, so we decided to give them a try.

The service was great, and they even had one of the techs stay a bit late one evening so our bikes would be ready the next morning.

More importantly, when we picked them up, they were both spotlessly clean, and my seven-year-old Trek Madone ran like a brand-new machine - the shifting was smooth and precise, and everything worked perfectly.

This will be our new go-to shop for service!

These wonderfully low-key bike guys took in my 15 year old hybrid bike with a broken bunch of gear teeth and restored it to like-new, including polishing all the rust off its chrome handlebars. They did the work for a reasonable price, no hyena, no trying to sell me on anything I didn't need. Nice folks, great atmosphere. Now they just need a little coffee shop in the corner

What an awesome bike shop!!! My sons bike had an issue with the tire. When I went to pick it up, I was told that the brakes were not working properly and that an employee just could not have that bike leave that shop without the brakes working. He fixed my brakes for free. I really appreciate the level of customer service I received.
