  This family is great. Super professional, not pushy at all, and educated. Cleaned up and rehabbed and validated an old mountain bike I had - when they easily could have gone a different direction for a new sale. First 30 day window to get free adjustments is another great perk. 5 Stars for sure.

  Stopped by to have a flat tire fixed and decided to go ahead and purchase two new tires and tubes. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Really went the extra mile. I'm glad to have found my "go to" shop as I'm new to Charlotte!

  Not very honest. I had my rear axle replaced but when i got my bike back the rear brake no longer worked properly and the green resin pad i installed myself was traded for a metallic pad that was useless. After stating i replaced them myself and that they have been working great for months until I brought it to you to do an axle swap and its obviously been changed they took no responsibility and didn't even offer a working pad of any type. Very saddened because I liked these guys initially.

  I popped in this afternoon to get an opinion on my 10 year old Lemond road bike. Cisco was great to deal with, and was not pushing for a sale. Gave me honest feedback, and spent 15 minutes going over my bike. Great retail bike store, and will definitely breed loyalty to newcomers.

  Great service! I came in for a much needed bike repair, and Andres took care of the problem right away! I'm a girl and I don't know much about bikes, but felt very comfortable and at ease at Bike Gallery. Knowledgeable, kind, and professional staff. Will return to buy a bike in the future for my little boy! Good prices.

  Great experience. Super nice staff. Great mechanical work. Clean, easy to navigate shop. Convenient entry and exit from the lot. What's not to like?
