  The best in the basement business. Basement Doctor has helped me out on multiple projects. Now branching out into concrete leveling services. If you suffer from leaky basement syndrome or bowing walls, these are the guys to call.

  Steve Dye came out and inspected my basement. He was awesome!!! Very knowledgeable, friendly, explained everything very well, and answered all questions I had. I am very glad to be working with the basement doctor in the near future.

  The Basement Doctor went out of their way to make sure work was done to my satisfaction. They are always friendly, clean, respectful of property and show up when they say they will. They got the job done fast and at a great price. I highly recommend them for any basement or crawlspace work. You won't be disappointed!

  Had a pretty substantial leak in our basement. Basement Dr. came out to check on it and we chose to go with them because they assured us they could do the work sooner and cheaper than other company we got an estimate from. We signed all the paperwork and payed the initial 10% fee. I called the day of the appointment to confirm everything was good and found out THAT WE NEVER EVEN GOT PUT ON THEIR SCHEDULE! We had already waited a week and now they told us we would have to wait another 2 weeks, when our basement was actively leaking, because of their mistake. Did I mention we had already paid? No offer to discount the price, no offer to bump us up in the priority. Totally their mistake and we got screwed because of it. Book with caution.

  This company just completed a seemingly impossible job in Grand Rapids, Ohio. It is perfection. The house is no longer sliding into the river. Great job Production Guys!!!

  It's been like pulling teeth to get these folks out to my place. A little background, it's a three step process First they come to your house (wanting both home owners to be present) to quote the work, after you agree to the quote then they come back out to have you sign the contract, then they come out to do the work.
  
  I had a gentleman come out to quote the work (very professional and knowledgeable). Called him back a couple days later to agree to the quote and stressed the urgency about getting this finished before the 4th of July as we were leaving on vacation and wanted the assurance of having a new sump pump installed. He assured me they could get it done. A week went by and I heard nothing from them about setting up another appointment. Called the sales guy back and he said someone must have dropped the ball in the front office, but said they might be able to do a fax/email of a signed agreement. He also asked me to put together a document of the exact work to be done along with pictures and email it to him Sent the document the next day. Waited a day and heard nothing. Called him and left a message and heard nothing. I called the front office and they said they would put me on the schedule, but they would have the salesman call me to work something out. The 4th had came, I got no sump pump installed from them. I was supposed to have an appointment today (July 17) and no one showed up.
  
  Extremely frustrating!

  The Basement Doctor does a lot of charity work in northwest Ohio, they are a great asset to the community.
