Great place to visit and shopping. Tidy and clean; small/medium stores besides the big ones Beck - deserves a special visit-, JC Penny, Dillard's. A lot of parking spaces never crowded. Easy to get in and out by car very different from Saint John's if you ask me.

This is great just great. It's very enjoyable for people of all ages and can really just lift your spirits. A lot of teens gather here and so sometimes you may come across a loud group or two but this is overshadowed by the fact that there are plenty of stores to escape to and little stands to buy from as you go along. It's fairly clean and just really sums up Jacksonville.

Awesome place for lots of different outlets and even if you just want to hang out. would recommend as a shopping locale, date-place, hang-out, or just a regular meeting place.

Good sized indoor mall. Great variety of shops. Food court has a decent selection of food. Prices don't seem inflated like some other malls. Not usually overcrowded unless it's the holidays.

Overall, a great alternative to the Towne Center if the weather's bad.

I basically grew up going to the avenues mall, it's changed a lot over the years and has took a big impact when the St. John's Town Center got set up. However, over the last couple of years the mall has made a big impact in bringing in newer stores and staying relevant.

This is a great mall with a big food court, two restaurants, and plenty of shops to keep you busy all day.

Parking is so-so, sometimes you need to drive around to find a space on weekends but generally you shouldn't have an issue finding a close spot.

Have been going to this mall since I can remember! Have been going since my first daughter was born 11 years ago, and continue going with our new born. This is the best mall in Jacksonville area, far surpassing the Regency and Orange Park. One thing I HAVE to complain about is the absence of the Disney store. The toy store that is there now is pretty nice, but we have lots of memories from the Disney store. But overall, great mall with AMAZING selection from food to clothing and everything in between!

This is a nice clean mall. Even when busy, it's got enough room for everyone. Imagine Christmas time is another story, but ya know. Good mix of high and low end stores.

The Chinese place by the pizza place is GOOD for mall food.

Nice shopping mall.. Few good restaurants and eating joints.. Ample parking space but tough to get a close spot. They should add few more restrooms.

We always find what we're looking for here. A good selection of stores- including some higher end. There are two great shops to get sport's memorabilia from. Good food court. The Belk and Forever 21 are huge at this mall. I also like that it's an indoor mall- which is much cooler during Florida summers than outdoor malls.

Good place to go. Ruby Tuesday's is there and it is a good place to go. Have to be wary as to what's going on around you. Do not spend much time wandering in malls. This is some what of a dangerous time and best not to tempt trouble. Was on the second floor some time ago and some young males decided to walk six abreast and wanted to make it a little difficult for the seniors to walk the mall. And yes they were a ethnic group. When they approached my wife and I Saw what was going on and moved my hand into my jacket pocket. They noticed it and split apart. And yes they were right. From that point on we only go to the Avenues Mall to participate at Ruby Tuesday's. We enter through the side walk entrance and leave the same way.

The population of the mall has changed in the last two or three years, and as I mentioned when walking the mall be wary as to what is going on around you.

This is a really cool mall. It has stores that I have never seen before which is really cool. I went there when I heard it had a cool corset store and found a really big mall. The malls near me are not as big as this one and doesn't have as much as this one. I will definitely be making trips back to this one.

Clean and modern facility that has all the stores most people need. It's not as crowded as it used to be since the opening of Town Centre Mall just a couple of interstate exits down the road; which is a big plus IMO.

This mall is pretty awesome. It had all the stores I was looking for. There is an upstairs and down stairs. The avenues is a pretty organized and clean mall.

Air conditioning! This mall is great. They have a wide variety of great stores. Stop in for a delicate macaron after tea samples at Teavana. Subculture's clothing and staff have no match in the city for great dresses and corsets. Parking is a little stinky, so can't give a full five stars. 4.5?
