Two words, delicious and addictive yes it is a lil' pricey.
Everything is great here. You should definitely give them a visit
Great Thai food! I was in Kingsport for business and stopped for lunch. I did ask about Amex (since that's what I have through my company), she said they didn't take it. But as soon as we began to leave, she stopped us and said she would make an exception if it was the only way we had to pay.
Prices were reasonable and it was probably the best Pad Thai I have had in a long time. The food came out very quickly, and the spice level of 'hot' was a perfect amount of heat. The owner was very nice and she indeed took our American Express cards, but I wouldn't expect that to be the case next time.
Best Thai food in Kingsport, perhaps even in the entirety of Sullivan County, Tennessee. ands down. The atmosphere is rather ordinary, though they have dressed it up with some Thai decor. The food is the main attraction.
Clean place with friendly staff and the food was so fresh and delicious.
Great Thai food, it's a gem in this area.
Food was fresh, but that's about it. NO customization AT ALL. Food was greasier and less flavorful than it should be. Will not be returning. Also too pricey.
Sssoooooooooooooo goooooooooooood! Great service, our water glasses were always full. And very friendly staff. This was some of THE BEST curry I have ever had, and I have eaten at Thai restaurants in several large cities. My husband got the Drunken Noodles and said they were fantastic! We will definitely be back many times again!
My husband and I were in Kingsport on a business trip and found this restaurant. We walked in and there were no other customers so we were seated right away. We then sat there for a few minutes wondering when the waitress would come back to at least bring us some water and take our drink orders being there were no other customers to serve. While we are still sitting there waiting (still no water) a Caucasian couple walks in. The waitress immediately seats them, brings them water and takes their order. We sat there in disbelief. Needless to say we walked out. I guess African Americans are served last at this restaurant. It worked out for us because there is a Mexican restaurant next door and turns out their food is amazing. We ended up eating there a few more times before we left town.
A delicious place.to eat a little pricey for noodles or rice. They only have Thai tea no regular tea. But always good
Expensive but absolutely worth it. Fresh made each time with impeccable flavors. A true local gem.
Food is so-so. I've ordered the pad Thai twice and it only has a thin, lacking sauce. Very oily though. Be careful ordering anything with heat, it can easily be overwhelming. My main problem with eating here, is that both times it's made me feel really sick(upset stomach nausea, and diarrhea.. Sorry for the TMI). I don't know if it's the oil and high sodium, or something different, but it's a rare thing for me to feel how I have after eating here. Because of that, I can't recommend it.
Went there with my family and got the duck curry, while sampling the other duck dish, the one with noodles, from someone else. The crab rangoons and spring rolls we ordered as appetizers were made fresh and tasted amazing, especially with the sauce they make. The plates are pretty fancy looking, which took me by surprise that the food filled the dish and not just the tiny place in the middle of a huge plate. You know, that common thing when remembering expensive food? But, I digress. The food was amazing and the duck is most definitely worth the twenty bucks. The duck in the curry was steeped in coconut milk and added a sweetness to the curry, complimenting the mild spiciness. The other duck was cooked to perfection, making it juicy and the skin crunchy, and the sauce they covered it with almost made me want to brush my teeth with it. This place also doesn't have fountain drinks, giving me a bottle of Coca-Cola and a glass of ice, but I have to admit that it was pretty satisfying pouring my own drink. I ended up paying 80 dollars, but it was so worth it.
Delicious not very well known place!!
Common stir fry dishes cooked fresh. All the stir fry I've had has been fresh ingredients freshly made. The appetizers are delicious and you could easily share a few appetizers amount all for a meal.
