I love Flapjacks from the great service to the huge portions of high quality food. It's really that good. It's always packed here, so be forewarned. Also, it's mostly a breakfast place so it isn't open real late. Well worth fighting the crowds for. The best.

Speedy, delicious, and affordable. You’ll want to stay through a few cups of coffee and catch up with friends and family on off days. The service is just that good.

I get really happy whenever I put the food from here inside me. It's delicious and inexpensive! Everyone working here does a wonderful job keeping the place clean and environment friendly. 9/10 would reccomend

Food was good. My mother-law loved her pancakes and she is hard to please. It was odd that everyone's food came out from the kitchen at different times. Will try again but not on a Sunday.

Beef Manhattan tasted soured and the meat I. I was like tough cardboard. My wife had ham and cheese omelette and hash browns and 2 Pepsi’s . I took 2 bites and asked for our bill. She asked if it was ok. I said no it doesn’t taste ok. She said she took my meal off. The bill was still 18.00. I said so just hers was18? She said yes . We left and went to the drive thru at McDonald. I will never go back to this place ever.

Car lot was packed but inside had plenty of empty tables. It's hard to mess up breakfast and these folks don't. Great tasting pancakes with large portions and solid service. Try to patronize local, and this place is better than most national chains.

This is based off of only one experience so a three star rating however the food was rather sub par and my friend specifically asked for his food not to be cooked with butter multiple times and it was indeed cooked with butter when he received it. I did not have a good experience and experienced bad food along with a long wait time for our waitress. I've heard many good things from other people so do try your luck, hopefully you have a better meal than we did
