Great selection of toys, BUT WAY overpriced. Their Lego sets alone are at least 200% markup. Compare it to any online store or even go to the toy store across the intersection if you need something.

This was a fun store to go into. So glad the kids weren't there. So many different choices. Expect the markup of being in Jackson.

Pricey, but awesome selection of toys and games. If nothing else, it's worth checking out just for some of the awesomely odd things they have in stock.

To Lego fanatics - they have some of the non-current sets in stock.

Terrible experience with them I think it was within the first few years they were open. My mother took my boys and I into the shop and bought them matching sets of some mini army toys I think. When we got home later that day, one of the sets had broken pieces in it. The very next day we took it back to the store wanting only to get a replacement for the set. The owner was so rude that I have never shopped there again. He tried to tell me that we could not exchange it for either another set or for store credit. I was not asking for our money back. When I asked why he said because the company that sold him that set is difficult to work with. I told him I didn't see what that had to do with me as the customer. We argued for a few minutes and I got the feeling that had I been male, he would not have been treating me so inappropriately as a customer. Sure enough, when I called my husband while still in the store, and put him on the phone to talk to the owner, suddenly the owner's demeanor changed and we walked out of there with a new toy set. I have never and will never patronize that store again.

Great toy store. They have everything. But my favorite part is the comfortable red couch for me to sit on while my kids spend ages checking everything out. I just bring a book and read and drink coffee on the couch while they shop. Why don't all toy stores have comfortable places for parents to sit? It's brilliant! The people who work there are nice, too, and this place can get super busy in the tourist season.

The store is awesome. When I went to pay the cashier did not smile, look me in the eye, did not say hello, tossed my credit card on the counter, did not say, thank you, or goodbye, & still continued to manage to not look at me. I don't mind paying double for a Lego set for the sake of the experience but our tourist dollars will be spent elsewhere for the rest if our stay.
