Our car broke down while we were vacationing out there, and was towed to Teton Motors for repair. The service experience keptwas excellent- our guy, Bruce, from service took care of everything, kept us abreast of repairs, advocated for us with our warrenty company, was personable and reassuring. He was just great, and got us on the road again in good time! He helped make the best of a bad situation.
Had my part, quick service and the right price.
Purchased new car after looking nationwide. Rick and Chuck got me the numbers that impressed. GM Finance with great rate, awesome rebate and discount. They were super friendly and patient. Clarke in finance was thorough in explaining the agreement and offered other helpful suggestions. Would buy here again and recommend to anyone.
They had to replace a mirror, which was not in stock. It was ordered from Detroit just before 4:00pm, arrived the next morning and installed by 2:30PM that day. Super nice people to work with in the service department. Thank you so much!
They did excellent work and, when things took an unexpected turn for the worse, provided a loaner car at no cost until the work on my car was complete. Very conscientious and kept me updated with timely information on how the work was going. I would recommend them!
Every experience I had with Teton Motors AFTER I bought that car was bad.
Purchase experience was fine but once you're sold and you get over to the service side of things they couldn't care less about you.
Ordered a bunch of aftermarket stuff for the car, they ordered AND installed the wrong exhaust leading to a check engine light that took a day to diagnose. After installing incorrect aftermarket parts they left the car filthy with a huge oil footprint on the brand new carpet. They gave me a full detail for free, which took another entire day, and almost got the stains out. almost. Finally got the aftermarket parts on, except for one item, which they never bothered to get for me even after several requests. Every oil change takes all day. When my warranty expired I never went back. I firmly believe in buying local but I'll be going out of state for my next car purchase.
If I could give "0" stars to Teton Motors I would. In short they quoted me a price over the phone, I agreed to it and had the service done and then they charged me more. Due to character limits on Google's reviews I dont have enough space to go into detail but you can see the full story on the reviews of their facebook page.
We needed assistance on our vehicle while traveling from out of state. A big (huge) thank you to Jason in the service department.we appreciate you!!!
The evap coil developed a leak near Lovell, WY. I bought a can of freon at an auto parts store to troubleshoot. We were on our way to Jackson Hole, WY. I called Casey at the Service Dept. describing the problem. He emailed me pdf files of possible parts. He had the correct part ordered and waiting to install the next day. The part was replaced the next day at a reasonable price. Cool drive back to Tennessee.
Service department is incredible. Incredibly bad, that is, with the lowest denominator of ethics known in the business world. I checked up on basic, simple maintenance work. It wasn't completed. Tires were not rotated. If they had been rotated, they would have been rotated incorrectly, as Teton Motors proudly exclaims they rotate all tires front-back, back-front, every time, no matter what. When I pointed out the tires were not rotated, I was told that they were rotated. >>> conflict, someone is lying. I had proof. They were upset, fair enough. Simple solution, rotate the tires, right? Nope, they needed to "look into it and get back with you." Never happened. GM displayed similar standards when I asked for their advice. No response from GM for 3 weeks. Never a response from TM. Returned the vehicle to Teton Motors and the tires were rotated - incorrectly. Not to mention how tense the crew was with me. Fortunately, they have plenty of super wealthy second and third homeowners, and their caretakers, to support their business. I have joined the multitude of locals who despise or refuse to deal with their service dept.
