Went in on a Friday. Tried to trade in a Chevy car that was upside down due to depreciation. The salesman was nice at the time, but after two hours they sent us home and banks had closed. The next day we called at noon and was told they'd check status and get back to us soon. Not only is it 4 days later and I had to call and email to get in touch, but they ran my credit about ten places! None of which were the 2 banks I already had loans with and asked them to use! Another lot got us financed on the first try with one of the two banks I asked about! Now my credit score took huge hits! I'm more upset at the way we were treated though. Even if it was a denial from the negative equity I still deserved the same customer service to call and just tell us that! Yikes I guess you become less important when they can't help. I bought a car from them last year, but the sales guy is no longer with them. This one was not good. Very negative from the start and then never even calling us back. I'd never shop there again!

Was really looking forward to doing business with them. I went to look at a specific vehicle. It was priced a little higher than others I found, but was closer so I figured I could haggle a bit. Drove two hours just for them to low ball me and get shady. Trade in value was 2.5k under the five other dealer appraisals I got. When I started disputing price, the manager (Ben) showed up "coincidentally" to tell us another lady was interested in buying the car.. Which is ironic since the salesman had a flyer on his desk talking about how they don't inflate prices and cause price wars between customers. Hard pass! Visit here if you are cool with burning 4 grand.

My experience with Terry Thompson's sales team was professional, open, and efficient. Mr. Karl and Ben were very approachable and fair. I would have given the experience a four star, because I had to return my vehicle for a fix, but the diligence and courtesy of the Service Manager and staff to make me happy was more than enough to make up for the inconvenience. Most of all I am happy with the purchase of my vehicle.

Blair Bateman scheduled my 2014 Silverado for service due to a check engine light after I called him. I dropped it off the night before and then unexpectedly called him the next day to request the truck to be detailed also. He gladly accommodated me, scheduled the repair and my truck was cleaned and ready for me that afternoon. He called me to give me an update and the truck was ready on time. Technician Wennin very professionally diagnosed my truck and completed the repair on time. When I picked up my truck service advisor Cortney Counselman greeted me cheerfully and immediately checked on my truck status. Thank you to the entire Terry Thompson Service team for a job well done!

All I can say is Bravo Ladies and Gentleman! We purchased a used Toyota 4Runner. After taking it home, we noticed we had a headlight out and fog lights out! After a few trips and bulb replacements, the problem still existed. Finally after a month of back and forth trouble shooting this bizarre occurance they fixed. Each time they gave us a loaner vehicle and were very pleasant and shown a great deal of patience and persistence. I am proud to have a dealer in our home town that stands behind the products they sale. This is our second vehicle I have purchased from Karl at Terry Thompson. Each experience was as good as the last. Thank you for such a great and honorable experience.

We dealt with Randall McMillan. We dropped by and expressed what our needs were. He showed us a suburban and it wasn't the right fit. We exchanged business cards and as I pulled out, he called stating a suburban that fit what we needed was just traded in. We turned around and sure enough it was what we needed. It had some body damage and Randall assured us it would be fixed. He respected our space and desire to go home and think about it. After doing research we found the price was more than fair and we went back that night to finalize paperwork. This is my second vehicle from Terry Thompson and felt at ease. Randall McMillan exceeded our expectations and made this a very easy process.

Everyone was very nice, and made sure my car was clean and ready for me in a timely manner. Unfortunately the weekends are pretty busy so it does take a little while, but the waiting area is set up for customers and their children to feel as comfortable as possible during their wait. I've never had a bad experience, and enjoy talking to all of the staff when I am there. They truly do treat you like family.

I had been looking for a particular Lexus in my new car search this past summer and had missed out on a previous buy at a different dealership. Then in August, an online search brought back hope and led me to Terry Thompson's Used car inventory. From the pictures alone and detailed description, their 2006 Lexus IS250 listed looked excellent and seemed just what I was looking for! It was worth the drive from Mobile to look at it in person and test drive. Cliff answered my questions about the car, and he took into consideration my budget I initially discussed with him. I'm glad they were able to meet me on a price that was right in my price range. I have truly enjoyed driving my new car since the day I purchased it!
