Saw Wolf Alice here. Venue itself is cozy and pleasant. Band was amazing. The venue has clean bathrooms, easy and cheap parking and great bar tenders with an ample beer and real craft beer selection.
I was taken by surprise by this awesome little venue that was hiding out right in my backyard. We saw Turkuaz, whom I'd never heard if previously, and they too blew me away. I'll definitely seek out other shows at this venue in the future. Added bonus: drinks are priced average & they don't try to break you with the $12/15 drinks you run into at other venues.
Absolutely fantastic! Definitely one of my favorite music venues, immediately became a fan of the space, staff and vibe. Cheap parking right out front; paid $5 during a sold-out concert (nearly unheard of in the city). Great acoustics; smaller intimate setting. Lots of space with little areas to venture: upstairs and outback smoking. There is also an overhang pointing directly towards the stage that you can access by going upstairs (All standing room area). Super clean restrooms. Restaurant connected through a set of doors, to which they have screens transmiting the live show. It was accessible during the opening act of the show I attended then I believe it closed for the main act. Thought it was awesome that they had complimentary water stations set up alongside boxes of hearing protection.
I've been wanting to take my girlfriend here for the longest time. Love the venue.
One thing that concerned me last night for Ekali was that no one patted us down to check for concealed weapons when we arrived. There were six of us. Especially with the seemingly increasing level of occurrences of shootings, we would feel much safer if security was tighter.
Just saw in the news this morning there was a shooting at masquerade in underground Atlanta last night. We also noticed someone with a large backpack in the crowd and had to wonder if he got patted down or not.
Keep up the great vibes at this nice little venue but please do more to keep your people safe.
This is one of my favorite venues in Atlanta! Shows here are always so intimate and have the best vibes. I love being able to go outside on the upper level if I need some air. Overall awesome venue.
The food here is great, and they always have awesome musicians playing. Very hip place, so I would definitely suggest trying it once if you're looking for something new and fun to do.
A very small venue with not much seating. The size is actually wonderful though with decent acoustics. Very cozy and interesting design. Love the outdoor deck upstairs. Great view for train watching!
I saw the Reggae artist "Chronixx" here, this venue is VERY nice. Great bar service, beautiful exposed brick walls, high ceilings, great acoustics, perfect size venue (looks like it holds approx 500 plus people), perfect stage and good parking. I'd go here over & over again. Very CLASSY PLACE.
Best place for intimate live music and meeting new friends in Atlanta. Killer lights setup and dual bars on either side of the stage make this eclectic venue a top choice for bands and promoters alike. Rooftop balcony overlooking west midtown and top balcony overlooking the stage makes for a fantastic view!! Train crossing is a superb plus to add to the ambiance.
This place is hands down my favorite music venue in Atlanta. The vibes are always great, as well as the music. There's never any lines for the bathrooms, because there are more than one of each mens and women's restroom. Upstairs has a cool patio/smoking area, nice place if you need a break from the crowd. Love how you can get food if you have the munchies.
this is my favorite music venue in town. it's just the right size. the restaurant is delicious. and they have a great beer selection.
One of my favorite concert venues in Atlanta. Great outdoor area and balcony. Cozy atmosphere. Good beer selection.
Pretty interesting venue in design, but I passed it twice because there wasn't clear signage. It was clean and tidy in comparison to most places I've been to in Atlanta. The parking deck was useful, the food area had soft tacos, and multiple bars had multiple flavors of Red Bull. These might not be the most important reasons for you to come to a show here, but it's fantastic combination for a guy who drives 140 minutes to get here.
Absolutely hands down the best venue we've ever been to! Amazingly intimate. Not overcrowded, cool room temp, the FOOD (holy yum)! Insanely good (fried avocado things and empanadas). Safe parking and the sound was awesome! We will be back!
Best live music venue in Atlanta. Great bar, great drinks, great service, and the best of the best live bands. Some of the best bands in the world play here. Also a nice smoking deck upstairs, nice bathrooms, and it never gets oversold so it's not too crowded. For top acts I suggest securing your tickets in advance. It does tend to sell out.
