Our Objectives are to:

1. Engender public awareness of the value of printed books and ephemera as vital records of civilization; as tangible links to great minds of the past and present; and as works of art.

2. Promulgate ethical practices and professional conduct in the membership.

3. Organize and conduct an annual Tennessee Antiquarian Book Fair.

4. Sponsor and provide continuing education about the various facets of book collecting for booksellers, collectors, and the public.

5. Collect funds to be used for the general purposes of the Association.

6. Membership in TENNABA is predicated upon significant experience in selling fine and antiquarian books; the sponsorship of a current member; and approval by the board.
