Kevin is very capable. He has been fixing our appliances for over 30 years, and we have always been very satisfied with the service.

The reviews are mixed, I know. But we had a very positive experience with Ted’s. Our gas oven stopped working over the last weekend. We called Teds Monday, they said the earliest was Friday. There was a cancellation throughout the week, and offered it to us which is appreciated which we couldn’t do. So they came on the scheduled day. They were in and out in roughly an hour. They are affordable and get the job done. Here’s to hoping I don’t run Into anymore issues, but if I do we’ll be calling Ted’s.

I wish I took a few minutes to read the reviews before deciding to call this place for service. In a day and age where small businesses are dying because larger companies with cheaper pricing are driving them out, something as simple as customer service and a friendly attitude can be enough to earn a repeat customer. Unfortunately for Ted's Appliance, they can't even get that right. After our experience dealing with this company I can say there isn't a single redeeming quality that would make them worthy of a better review.
