  Caveat emptor.
  
  The service was great, the tech was awesome. Everything service-wise was awesome; however, I wasn't informed until the parts we're added to my machine that 1) My computer's processor wouldn't be able to handle the new upgraded hardware I was adding to it, and 2) once the parts are opened, there's no refunding or returning them (apparently, by law?). I'm deeply disappointed and feel cheated out of almost $600 worth of hardware. Since I'm a student, this is a big blow to my personal finances. I would make sure you ask all of these questions and more because the fact is, they we're able to make a quick $600 without informing me about my processor speed.

  I experienced today significant PC issues which made my life difficult to say the least!
  
  I called Tech Atlanta Computer Repair and spoke with a Mr. David Wilson who was most receptive to my need for immediate help. David offered several options including in home service, a drop off service at their office and or remote service.
  
  We decided under the circumstances, remote service was the most efficient and cost effective option. After 30 minutes, David had accessed my PC, diagnosis the issue and allow me to recover my PC format, set my primary browser and most importantly help me fully understand what caused the problem to begin!
  
  I am back up and running seamlessly thanks to David, Tech Atlanta Computer Repair!
  
  I have saved Tech Atlanta in my contact file and would highly recommend them to all PC users who have operating issues!

  I found Tech Atlanta just in the nick of time to help me resolve some technical issues in my home office, that had been chronic for a short time but became accute / crisis and threatened my productivity in my business. I was able to connect to 2 "real people" at TA very quickly, and they jumped on resolving my issues even though I was brand new and not an existing customer. Alvin came to my house and was 100% professional, courteous and knowledgeable - although he was here for some time, he was not at all intrusive and very helpful over all. I would recommend this company highly and expect to use them again!

  My computer would not boot up. It would get to the windows logo and freeze. I called Tech Atlanta to get it fixed. they were great. I had a tech out to my office within an hour. He quickly found out that the issue was the hard drive. He did not have to take my computer and I did not have to wait days to get it repaired. The tech had I hard drive with him. He had my computer up and running again about an hour after he arrived. This was by far my best experience with any service provider.

  I purchased a new computer for the office recently. I could not get it to access any of the files on my network. Tech Atlanta came in and got it working perfectly. Now I can see and access all of my stuff. They even realized that we were not backing anything up. The tech explained to me that I could lose all of my office files if the hard drive crashed, which would basically destroy my company. He setup a backup system for me and educated me on how to use it. I feel like I've found the best Computer service company in Atlanta. I'll be using them for all of my computer service needs from this point on.
