I've been living her about 7 years . it's a great place lots lots lots of kids . Only problem I have is the speed bumps it's like a speedbump every 20 seconds . but that's safe for the kids that run around outside and play everyday . But I don't want to move because my room is very big, I'm in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom it's big . && I might go somewhere and my room not be as big . But I love Taylor's creek . Everytime we ask for maintenance they come and fix whatever needs fixing .

I moved here from Louisiana almost 6 months ago and at first it seemed like a nice place to live and the rent is decent but I have been waiting since i have moved here for them to fix tons of different things on this trailer and they will not do it. The ceiling in my 4 year olds room is molded because it has been raining through the roof, there's not even shingles above his room. My son also almost fell off of our porch because it is missing pieces of wood and another piece broke as he was walking up. There are several other things as well and the one day that they did schedule to send someone out I took off work and missed pay just to wait a couple hours and have to call them to find out that the maintenance guy took a "personal" day. I hate this place and wouldn't recommend to anybody.

WHAT SHOULD BE AN AMENITY- IS MORE LIKE RUN BY THE POOL NAZI. IF YOU ARE LUCKY POOL OPENS 11, BUT I HAVE SEEN IT OPEN MUCH LATER AND THEN CLOSES AT 6 DURING THE WEEK. LEAVING OUT DAY WORKING PEOPLE AND THEN IF YOU HAVE KIDS THEY MUST BE SIGNED IN WITH A MOTHER OR DAD TO OVERSEE THEM AT THE POOL. THEY ONLY ENFORCE IT FOR SOME PEOPLE. BREAKINS GALORE- AND PROBABLY AN INSIDE JOB COME TO FIND OUT. LATELY, ONLY LOOKS LIKE A FEW PEOPLE- THE POOL NAZI AND HER ASSISTANT. WHAT FUN!

The ownership is doing a lot of great things at this community. Sprucing up curb appeal, improving on the landscaping. You can rent a home or rent to own your own home! I will be moving in next month and I'm excited for all of the things to come at Taylors Creek Community.
