This was my first time coming here and they treated me with SO much respect and compassion! I have NEVER been to ANY pawn shop, let alone other establishments and felt so cared for in my LIFE!!! Sean was SO awesome in meeting my needs, and Jerome was just as welcoming and made sure my needs were met! ❤ I would DEFINITELY recommend this place to ANYONE I know!!!! Thank u SO much!!! 🙏🏽

Cross creek pawn has great customer service and a great selection of jewelry. I was helped by Mr. Jerome today and he gave me an awesome price for a beautiful ring. Jerome was very helpful and had the best customer service skills I have had in a while. I was very pleased. Thanks Jerome and cross creek pawn.

If you are needing to do business cross creek pawn is the shop! The team here is so professional, friendly, and overall amazing! So amazing we drive over 45 minutes just to do business with them! We love this pawn shop!

This pawn shop is the best pawn shop in the Fayetteville area!! Hands down! With exceptional respectful staff workers like Jett, Sean and Jerome!! They take their time and exceed customer service skills. The prices are amazing and these guys really do care about giving you your money's worth. Outstanding people that won't let you down! Thank you guys for all your help!!

Jett, Sean & Jerome are SO amazing!!! Extremely helpful while providing customer service at all times. They're respectful, caring & friendly. These guys are so dedicated to helping people; Jerome was great. I work from home and he had no problem taking his time to find the right laptop for me. I'd never purchased anything from a pawn shop before until last week. If I ever do again, it'll be from here and I'll be asking for Jerome!

Outstanding customer service. The manager was more than helpful! I purchase a gaming laptop and he told that if it wasn't what I needed I could bring it back and get a full refund. I really recommend everyone to shop here!

The best PAWN shop near the bragg area. Professional staff and the merchandise being sold there is in good shape. The guys here are extremely friendly and willing to help you, even if they don't carry the product you're looking for. Jerome helped us out, couldn't have left happier.

The guys here treat you like family. My brother and I have been going here for years. Sean Jet Caleb and jerome are great guys and always help me with anything I need. I live in Wilmington and I refuse to go to another shop, the trip is well worth it! They never try and low ball you and always give you what your items are worth. 10/10 will return.🙂
