Taylor Rental of Berea is awesome!! We have done business with them and every interaction is fantastic. They take very good care of their equipment and the entire rental experience was wonderful. If you need equipment, chairs, tables, or practically anything just rent it instead of buying and Taylor will take great care of you!!

I could not have asked for a better experience! I needed to rent chairs for my wedding ceremony and needed them set up and taken down. From the first phone call, through the end, Linda was always very prompt in returning emails and made some very helpful suggestions about things I hadn't thought of. Bill and his crew were also fantastic! Prior to the wedding, I stopped into the store with a diagram of what I was thinking. I met with Bill and he suggested we drive to the location so we could look around and get on the same page. At the location, we looked around, he asked some questions and I left it in his hands. Our ceremony was beautiful!! Bill and his crew transformed the pavilion we rented out into a beautiful space for a wedding-I could not have been happier! If I ever need rental services again, they will be my first call!

We love it here! We have rented tables, tents, tablecloths, horse trailers, moving trucks, sod cutters and more. We have rented from them for years and love them. When we don't own it we rent it from Taylor Rental.

We rented a truck from this place. Everything was fine however a month later they decided to charge our card with out asking because their credit card machine was not working the month before.. We called the get it sorted out, we wanted to pay just not with that card.

We called and the owners daughter Linda (Vice President) of the company. She started yelling "I need to be paid and threatened to take us to court because we told them they we're not authorized to use the card on file. We never said we would never pay we just wanted to use a different card.

To make a long story short we never received an apology but the owner "Bud" said he would cut the cost in half so we could go out to McDonalds for lunch. All we wanted was an apology for the way the inexperienced "vice president" acted. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
