I like target and this store is clean. A lot of their employees are rude, even when you are bring nice. One lady literally made me wanna never come back and all she did was ring my items out

I had another Target store call this Target to check for an item, and he was placed on hold for more than 8 minutes, only to come back and say no one ever answered I then called back an hour later, and asked to speak with a supervisor. I was left on hold for more than 9 minutes, and no one answered. Worst phone customer service I have EVER received.
And I LOVE Target. I have written 2 recent positive reviews from my receipt LEO at store #2036 was extremely helpful. I will keep going to that Target.

Not a bad Target but product knowledge by employees is not the greatest. Was given some inaccurate information after the employee "researched" it. They also carded me to buy a fireplace lighter? Weird but not a bad place to go.

This Target has gone down the toilet since the change in managers Many of the long term employees seem unhappy and the new managers don't have a clue especially josh who although a manager seems to know less than the people he supervises. The shopping experience overall has changed everyday items are frequently out of stock and the store is messy. I love shopping at target but this shopping at this store is no longer my first choice. Bring back the old management
