They are clean and well organized and their prices are great. I always find cute clothes for my daughter and a few fun toys. This is one of our favorite places to shop.

I went to drop off my clothes. I was told it would be an hr at 5:30 in the evening I stated I would have to come back the next day as i didn't have an hr to wait. The employee said that's not allowed. Nothing on the website says you have to pick your items back up same day. I live 20 minutes from the locations I would not have come to drop off at this time had I know this information. The person was less than I standing with a comments it's their policy. The "policy" should be clearly stated for customers on the website then so you don't waste their time.

I usually love shopping at once upon a child because of their great prices but every time I shop there, there is one woman in particular who is soo INCREDIBLY rude! She has the worst attitude and every time I go there I have the same experience. I simply asked her a question and she usually rolls her eyes at me and is just soo RUDE. I would never want to write a bad review about anyone but this one particular staff member shocked me. It makes me never want to shop there again.

I would say that clothes and everything to shop is really good on prices and shoes variety. I always come back to shop for my kids but the Ladies who work there I saw 3 and none of them greeted me or say hi. They look so mad and unprofessional because they were having lunch at the back of the register. If they get better costumer service I will be even more glad to come more often but for now they seen to hate their job and to not like any costumer who walks in. Good stuff and prices but bad costumer services.

Shopped here twice. And the girls who work there are HORRIBLE and UNFRIENDLY. First time i went there i thought there was was nobody there because it was too quiet and nobody even said hie and welcome to.'once upon a child'. There were 3 girls working and they were all behind the counter bent over on their cellphones. When i went there the second time it was the same thing. And from the other comments here, it seems like the managers are not doing anything. I would rather take my business somewhere else but i am definitely NOT going back there again.

Great selection of clothes and the store is surprisingly organized for how much they have in there. I've been to other locations but this one has impressed me the most. I've sold at the store a few times and didn't get as much as I wanted for my stuff but it was convenient, quick, and the staff explained why they couldn't take my clothes in a nice way. Great experience :)

As a single father of 2 I get all the help from the beautiful ladies that work there. They are always so positive and give a good vibe soon as you enter the store. Everything is so well organized, I never have an issue looking for anything. The cashier with the blonde hair always has a beautiful smile on her face that seems to brighten up the store. I would definitely recommend anyone and everyone that would like to shop for inexpensive and good quality items for their children.

I Took clothing to sell. All of my clothes were neatly folded and placed in a bin. When I went back to pick up my money , they gave me my bin with the clothes that they didn't want all wadded up and thrown in my bin. The clothes that they chose to keep, on the other hand, were neatly folded and placed in one of their bins. NO RESPECT for other people's property! I will NEVER go back to this location and will encourage my Roswell friends to do the same. HORRIBLE!!!!!
