This is a great place to shop- excellent choice of brands and always good prices. The people in the stores are always friendly and helpful too!!! We shop here regularly.

Most of the stores here cater to outlet shoppers obviously so the prices are a bit higher than they could be. Stopped at the book store since it was open and it was a nice little place and great prices despite the surrounding stores. Cashiers were very pleasant and helpful. The toy store was closed for some reason. The Five Guys and Fries in the parking lot is a great addition, as they have great food.

Of all the Tanger outlets I have been to around the country, this one is by far the most well maintained. The landscaping is unbelievable and they do a great job of keeping the lot clear during snow storms. The public areas and public restrooms are always clean and well supplied. The management at this location should be commended for making the most of their budget!

The prices are very good in the stores that I went in. All the stores had friendly and very helpful employees. It is nice to hear " Have a great rest of your day". And it wasn't just one store I went into, but every store I went it even if I didn't make a purchase! You don't get that type of customer service in the big box stores.

I love to walk around the stores with my son. There are always a ton of choices and it's a lot of fun. Great outlet mall and great stores. Some of the clerks need to learn how to like their jobs or find a new one. Some clerks are great especially at Nike and The Calendar and Games store!

Looking for causal or trendy looks, semi or somewhat upscale,this outlet mall would be perfect,got a lot to offer,from inexpensive to moderate, great place to find any thing from birthday gifts for the family, or a quick engagement something you can find it there,very clean, great eatery around, very cozy outlet areas, perfect to enjoy

My sister and I come down here every October from Coventry,Vt and West Burke, Vt to do our Xmas shopping and to spend quality time together. We have the best of both. Thank you Tanger outlets. Great shopping and great fun!

Love the variety of different stores that the tanger has plus the eateries near by are great. I only wish there was something to draw me there for the holidays during black Friday. I remember when they had a promotion the first so many people during a certain time received a gift card from the office and there was xmas music playing outside or maybe it was carolers, flood lights at the entrance waving back and forth. I have been the past few years and it feels like any other shopping day.

Tanger Outlets in Tilton has great customer service with attentive staff inside its stores, as well as at its Shopper Services office. It is clean (inside and out) with clean landscaping, and up to date facilities that make you feel like you've made a trip to the loo at a 5 star hotel or restaurant. It stores have a great selection of merchandise with reasonable pricing that has the bonus of the Tanger Outlet Coupon Book to boost your savings. It's my first stop when I need to update my family's wardrobe!!!

Tanger office staff person was very friendly and enthusiastic, very welcoming. Parking lot, sidewalks were clean, no overflowing trash receptacles. Entrance to the outlets is nicely landscaped and maintained. Store employees were all pleasant. Food choices have evolved and have been consolidated into their own area, and the establishments themselves could be a draw to go to the outlets. A pleasant experience overall. We even bought a few things!

There's a lot of variety and I love bringing the kids. It's great because they have the little play area and it makes it so I can do sneak shopping by leaving them to play at the park area with their dad and scooting off and vice versa.

Lots of stores, and a nice location. Also has organized sections, such as food, clothing, and other needs. However, parking is limited, and needs to get a good pave. For this, I give Tanger Outlet a 4/5.

Awesome place to shop! There are always good sales going on, a great selection of stores to shop at. Get a coupon book at shopper services for extra savings but for best savings, download the Tanger app and spend the $10 for a lifetime membership. These give you coupons mailed to your residence (including occassional freebies), upload your receipts to earn free stuff, get a free coupon book each time you visit, and other goodies!!! Get notified of various events, too. Always a fun time :)

Main Office Customer Service Representative was polite and friendly! There was plenty of parking even though a new building is being constructed. Sales in the "baby" stores were very good. Plus my daughter found a good deal in the Lane Bryant store on shirts.

Outlets located right off the highway and lots of other businesses on same road. Great for a nice day. Shops require returns at outlet locations only, ie if you purchase Nike's from the outlet you can't return them to a Nike store. You can buy a coupon book for $10 (one time fee) but I've never found anything in there worth it (typically you need to spend a certain amount and not all stores included). Some good deals to be found but know your prices.
