Kevin, Chase, and Max were great. Our first walkthrough and discussion proved exactly how knowledgeable they were with how mold works, and how to best remove it. We had identified over 6 areas within our home that had mold in some form or fashion. TERP helped identified how to best plan for removal. They setup containment for these areas, negative air, and then began with physical removal. In areas where physical removal wasn’t possible, they treated with peroxide and a wipe down. They also did many HEPA vacs to ensure complete removal. Our testing post remediation confirmed success. Their crew was very respectful, and they ended each day cleaning their equipment in preparation for the next morning. I was very impressed with how clean cut and organized they were. Their equipment all looked brand new! After all, how can you successfully clean mold with dirty equipment?! They went above and beyond, and made sure we were 100% happy. I’d absolutely refer them again and have actually already done so! They are the best of the best in the Tampa Bay Area!

Excellent experience with Kevin and his team. They were available to help and showed up on time. I breathe easier knowing that they have sanitized and cleaned all of my ductwork, air vents, and air registers in the house. I have referred them to family and they all had great experiences. 10/10 would recommend

As a mold remediation company we had a hard time finding a trust worthy mold testing company, who wouldn't attempt to steal our clients. Chase and his team work hard to ensure our clients needs are met and he provides excellent customer service to our clients that need mold testing in their home. Most other companies can take up to two weeks to get us the results, we get ours from TERP within 48 hours. We are extremely satisfied and highly recommended their services.

Chase and his team really saved the day. We had a tree limb fall on our roof during this past weekends storm and he was like a super hero lol. He got the limb off the roof, tarped my roof and dried out my house. I highly recommend calling them if you have an emergency.

Tampa Emergency Restoration Pros did a fabulous job when our home flooded. They responded immediately & were very detail oriented. They handled everything from start to finish: removed all our furniture to an air conditioned storage unit, removed all the water soaked carpets & wood floors, all ruined wallpaper & drywall, did mold tests & removed any drywall & cleaned up any area that showed high numbers. They redid our entire home from top to bottom & it was a pleasure to work w/Kevin & Chase. We were thoroughly pleased with all they did & we highly recommend Tampa Emergency Restoration Pros.
