The food was really good, my first time at a Taco Cabana and I was expecting Taco bell type food. I was happily surprised with legit corn tortillas for my tacos with great toppings. I will visit again.

Dirty place with slow service. We got there at 11:30 on a Saturday morning and the place had a "wet floor" pylon as soon as you entered. The floor was very slick, as if grease was all over it. The salsa bar was a mess and many were empty or low. The drink station has trash on it, straws stuck in the soda fountain, and spilled drinks everywhere. The restaurant had about 3 tables occupied, and we went outside to sit there. There were napkins on the ground, other trash all around, kids' sticky fingerprints on the window (like they did finger painting with queso), tables disarranged, and finally a garbage can that had food spilled all down the front of it. This place was gross and it was ridiculous to see how dirty it was despite having so few customers in it, just before the lunch rush. It gets 2 stars only because the food was good. It took forever for it to come for 2 cabana bowls, but it was correct and good.

Highly disappointed with this location. I ordered in drive thru with only 3 cars in front of me, I ended up being in the drive thru for 20+ minutes! Ridiculous!
The lady at the window barely spoke a word to us, and certainly didn't apologize for the unnecessarily long wait.
The food was bland, not very good quality, and was very greasy, which makes their pricing too expensive for what you get.
Try implementing pulling customers forward when their order is taking too long so that you can get other customers through in efficient time windows. After all, the whole point of a drive thru is for it to be a quick stop for the customer.

So I'm giving this location 3 stars due to the wait times every Wednesday morning I come and get three dozen breakfast tacos and I always have to wait at least 30 minutes. I understand it's not your typical order and I've even tried calling the restaurant before I show up to give them a heads up but they never answer. But the staff is friendly and I'll continue to come here until I can find another alternative.

This location is maddenly inconsistent. Food is generally good once you finally get it. But it may not be made the way it's supposed to be. Worng sauce on the sampler plate and chips instead of tortillas. Steak and egg plate with the tacos assembled instead of making them yourself. Beef tacos instead of fajitas with the beef fajita combo. The nachos are amazingly skimpy though. Rest of the menu is decent enough. Biggest problem is no one watches the front counter at night and sometimes someone notices quickly they have a customer, most of the time not though. And the employees in the back who see you don't bother to tell anyone. Other times the food and service is excellent. Just never know what to expect when I walk in.

This location was one of my families favorite places to eat. Up until today we had never had an issue with this location. But I don't think my family and I will be eating here for a long time.

Service was slow. Not because of extreme business, I could understand that, but because the woman making our food kept chatting with her friend(She was still there 35minutes later when we left.)The place was dirty and at one point I watched an employee pick up a dirty tray and serve someone their food on it. The manager saw this (I'm gonna assume she's the one in the black shirt, different from the other employees umiforms) and did nothing, but she's also the one who was talking and taking her time with our food. Then this friend freaking talking to the (manager) grabs food out the salsa bar with her fucking fingers and puts it in her mouth. Then it looks like someone has taken a bite out of my brothers food. It's unsanitary and COMPLETELY AGAINST HEALTH CODE WHAT YOU PEOPLE ARE DOING!
Too many disgusting practices in one visit to want to even come back here. Get your shit together Managment team!!

This is truly the worst Taco Cabana EVER. Every single time I go through the drive through my order is WRONG!!! Hubby and I have tried to eat in the dining room twice, once they got our entire order wrong and it took 20 minutes to get corrected. The last time we ended up leaving as they were out of 2 different items we wanted to order and the teenager waiting on us didn't care a bit.

I work in the Arlington area and often go to the Cabana at 360 & Pioneer and NEVER have an issue when eating in the dining room or ordering in the drive through. It's sad as the Euless store is very close to me and I'd love to be able to get the same quality of food and service there but time and time again I've been disappointed. I will not be visiting that store again.

Good food. drink specials free chips for happy hour. Love the salsa bar. Load up on peppers and pico!
