Taci did an amazing job from start to finish at all levels. She was there at the beginning and helped us pre-stage the apartment and set an appropriate price. She put me in touch with a plumber and a handyman to get some initial work done. She staged, and then effectively showed the apartment. We had actually moved an hour and a half away and she was always available to do last minute tidying that we weren't able to do before a particular show. She helped us coordinate getting work done when we had an offer and the inspection came through, and kept me informed every step of the way. Taci is an amazing full-service realtor and I highly recommend her without reservations.

I'm on the hunt for the perfect home, and Taci has been absolutely phenomenal throughout the process. She is ON IT. If I send her a house, I have all the details I would need along with times we can get in to see the house so quickly. She has been patient through my pickiness, and has gotten me into the same house multiple times while I try and make up my mind. She is also just SO sweet, and really does want to make sure you find the right fit, whatever that takes. She also knows pretty much everyone, other realtors, inspectors, staging companies, mortgage companies, etc., and can provide feedback and recommendations of companies to work with. I'd definitely recommend working with Taci!

Taci recently helped us sell our old home and purchase our new home. She did an excellent job, and we highly recommend her and would definitely use her again. She answered all of our questions quickly, even late at night and on weekends, and even if she was out of town. She always had a good attitude and continued to encourage us when we'd get discouraged with the market. She worked very well with the seller's agent to get us a wonderful house at a great price in the location we wanted. She even helped clean windows when we put our old house on the market. Taci's a wonderful person and a wonderful realtor.

I’ve known Taci for over 20 years which made it so easy to trust her with selling our parents house. Having being located in Seattle and trying to sell our parents house in Spokane, she was on the ground and making the process so easy and stress-free! She’s incredibly thorough, always on top of things and will give you realistic expectations of what to expect in a market that can change very fast.
