I ordered some atlas o track and a switch in the order was missing a part. The staff at T & K couldn't have known because of the enclosed box it was packaged in. I contacted them by phone and as unbelievable as it sounded, even to me, they took care of it as quick as you can with an online order, they even paid for the shipping. Very happy, good prices and customer service to match. I will be checking with them first from now on.

They have about everything you need for your trains track and layout and they sell used things that are in good condition good prices and overall it is a good place

T&K have good prices on their trains. I exchanged a particular train with them and they promptly got the new one out to me. They are quick and competent. Their products are accurately described on their web site and they do a great over all job. I would highly recommend them for your train needs.
