The best country music festival ever.. A Lot of people who go there, come back every year. We're all like a huge family. People are so nice, and helpful even if they didn't know you.. 2017 is my 3rd year, an I'll never miss a third weekend in July at jambo . As long as it doesn't change an I can walk I'll be there.

Great place to be with friends and family and enjoy country music. 4 wonderful fun filled days everyone should experience the tradition once.

Why isn't this place utilized like an outdoor shed should be? There could be tons of summer concerts there. They held a hookah show there years ago and had a lot of drug arrests. This was done on purpose so they could use drugs as an excuse for other shows. That's why they had a festival that attracted Mary Jane smokers. I'd rather deal with the hippies than drunk, red-faced, slant-jawwed rednecks.

No longer Jambo, live nation ruined it. Boycotting by the thousands! No coolers, no more Sunday- same ticket prices.

Would have given 4-5 stars for the last 20 years that I have attended this event. However, LiveNation has recently announced changes to this event, including renaming it, no longer allowing guests to bring in their own coolers/food/beverages. They have reduced the event by 1 day. It is now only a 3 day event, but thus far, ticket prices are only $10 cheaper. In addition, you will now be required to purchase your food and beverages insideat festival prices I'm sure. So you will spend three days standing in the hot sun for 8-10 per day, and paying, probably, $3-4 per bottled water or soda/pop, and probably $6-8 per beer.with no cooler to help keep it cold or fresh. Want to eat? You are going to have to pay festival food prices for a sandwich, or pizza or whatnothope you don't have dietary allergies or diabetes and need particular foods on hand. Port-a-john lines have always been long at this event, but you can anticipate long lines for food and beverages now. Like I said, I have attended this event faithfully for almost 20 years. I met my husband here. We got engaged here. All of my friends and family, including my now adult daughter, attend this event every summer. Until this year. Neither I nor they, will be attending what they now call Jambo Country. Save your money. Save your health. I would tell you to check out other country music festivals that are similarbut Jamboree in The Hills was a one of a kind experience and from what I've observed, there isn't anything else out there like it. And now, it doesn't exist anymore either. Sad sad day.
