Nice place especially for your birthday and parties. Food was good. Strawberry mojito was very good as well. There are few cons. The restaurant is very expensive and they do not have vegetarian options. Food takes a lot of time to arrive. But overall, a nice place! You can visit it at least once!

That place was awesome. I didn't like it, i loved it. The stupid landlord decided not to renew the lease and that is the reason it closed. Wrong choice landlord.

Great Place for kids or kids at heart! Friendly staff and decent food. The atmosphere is amazing! Dinosaurs everywhere. Feels like you are eating in Jurrasic Park! Prepare to spend some money though. Between dinner and 2 "Build a Dino" by "Build a Bear" I was at over $200 for 2 adults a 3 year old and a baby. Great experience though. Would go again.

The wait long about an hour wait on a Wednesday evening. Tables was empty hardly anyone eating but we had to wait. After an hour wait we finally got seated another 45 min. Wait to put our food order in. Food was awesome be prepared to drop a bunch of money for a family. Its a neat place kids thought it was cool. Have an umbrella just in case it rains cause its a walk to get there. Plus if kids get a dessert remind the person after another 30 min wait on that. Service was awful she never refilled our water and never checked backup on us. No tip was left. I am not sure if we will go back!

Food was awful! Menus were greasy and so were the booster/high-chairs. Mediocre service from wait staff. General Manager was very polite and attentive. Kids loved the decor and that was the highlight. Our (3 year-old) son's plate came out super hot; we figured it must have sat up under a heat lamp for a while. Oh, and they don't even bother to trim the ends of their green beans. Ugh!!

Its a nice place and entertaining for a kids. We didnt have a reservation, it was a little under 30 minute wait for a table which was OK for. Gave me just enough time to build a bear with my daughter. She enjoyed her food, as for me, it was average. Would go back again if my daughter asked but it wouldn't be my choice.

This place has terrible food, and terrible service. An offered side for a child was fruit, which is great, until you get it. Over ripened grapes that are nearly mush, with two tiny orange slices with the seeds still in. The child's chicken had bones in it. The adult platter, shared by two for 30 dollars seems like a good idea, until you taste this slop. The chicken was dry, the ribs were tough, and the four pieces of shrimp were mist definitely microwaved. This is barely even a tourist attraction. For your own good, stay away, and spend your hard earned money somewhere it's worth spending. It's NOT here

Look, I get that when you go to a place like this, its expected that the food isn't going to be best and the cost is going to be high. I get that. The food is indeed really bad and overpriced. But that's not the reason for the rating. If I can truly narrow the problem down to one area, its LEADERSHIP. First off, when you run a business like this, its important to have clean bathrooms. Its a reflection of the cleanliness of the establishment. I took my kids in the restroom four separate times while I was at this establishment, and each time, there was urine on the seats and paper towels all over the floor. Second, the restaurant is well staffed and the employees mean well, but they aren't really trained to be aware of new guest arrivals and to come by the tables in a timely manner, they seem to be busy chit chatting in a groupand I came on a weekday. The awareness level seems to frighten me considering there are surely kids everyday running around who could run out the door without being noticed.

As I mentioned, its starts with Leadership. Hire the right leader, staffing falls in line. Hopefully change will happen.

Food was really good. We have been there twice now and both times the food has been good. Would recommend getting reservations before going.

There are a lot of reviews on here about price. This place is a sit down restaurant so expect for a family of four to be $100. Service may be a little slow but the atmosphere will keep you entertained.
