This might be the best value of any restaurant in Miami Beach. The Italian food is tremendous, the service is friendly and knowledgeable, and the setting is incredibly romantic. You would have no idea that you are steps away from the ocean and the heart of South Beach. Instead, you feel whisked away to a peaceful Italian courtyard in a villa.

My favorite restaurant in Miami Beach. We go there with the whole family. Outstanding food great wine and very affordable prices. There is a big garden which is very nicely decorated it's always a good time eating there. Last but not least amazing staff !

Quality traditional Italian food. Family style restaurant serving great fresh food at good value. Casual atmosphere. Had the veal scallopione and the chicken milanese, topped off with a chocolate lava cake - all delicious.

I have been coming to this place for the last 2 years! The food is GREAT - I love the fact that it sits almost in a hidden section. Luckily, I have always found parking. - The drinks are okay not impressive. However I always leave fully satisfied with my food choices. - I just wish there weren't so many mosquitos outside and that the chairs weren't so hard/uncomfortable. Regardless, I Always sit outside because the little lamps, and the trees, and bamboo makes me feel some sort of way Love it.

We picked this place based on the reviews that were really good, most were 4-5 stars. First of all, price that you see in the menu online is not the menu that you will actually get in the restaurant. Prices were higher than we expected, but still reasonable for Miami Beach (or so we thought at first). That place smelled funky. Like a combination of Fabuloso and dirty rug. Then I ordered wine. $9.50 a glass, but couldn't drink it, the cheapest one apparently. My husband had a draft beer, he said it was kind of flat, but not too bad. Then came tuna tartar. It was completely tasteless, no seasoning, just plain raw fish. And it had A LOT of olive oil. I love any kind of tuna, but that was the most disgusting thing I've ever had. We send it back. Veal appetizer was ok, but presentation was like something a child had prepared. I ordered black linguini. It was eatable, meaning it wasn't gross like tartar, but again zero seasoning, just pasta and tasteless sauce. My husband had seafood risotto. Shrimp and calamari were badly over cooked, like Rubber. Seafood tasted like it was cooked separately- just boiled in plain water. Had absolutely no taste. We didn't finish it. On the upside - service was good, our waitress was really nice. May be we stopped by at the wrong time and the chef was on vacation, but we honestly couldn't understand where the good reviews came from. Food is a disaster, such a waste of good produce. Not worth the money. One star is just for service. After we left we were just hoping we wouldn't get sick.

Amazing authentic Italian cuisine!! The best black linguine in a spicy crab tomato sauce. Salmon Carpaccio out of this world!! Def should check out if you're in the south miami beach area!!

Nice location and friendly staff. Good quality food and prices in line with other locations in the area. Quite busy even in the middle of the week which creates a nice atmosphere. I'm not sure the sport TVs is in keeping with an Italian theme though.

Excellent! Tucked away on Liberty Ave is a delicious little secret. Sylvano's is an adorable locals place with delicious authentic Italian dishes and an easy vibe. The grilled calamari is so tender you don't require teeth and the mussels in tomato broth were yummy. I had a healthy avocado and tomato​ salad with crab meat , but those looking for heartier faire have many options. I loved it!

Best Italian food I've ever had. Looking forward to coming back to Miami just to have Sylvano's food again. Reasonably priced and cutest outdoor seating I've ever seen!

My experience with Sylvano's Restaurant was GREAT! I work at a hotel on South Beach and one of my coworkers recommended me to this place. I really love Italian cuisine, it's my favorite. I went there and the atmosphere is amazing, the food is AWESOME and the customer service is exquisite. Also, the price range will not break your wallet. Now, I recommend this restaurant to every guest that stay at the hotel and they always come back and tell me that they loved it. Kudos to Sylvano's Restaurant!!
