This testing center is a nightmare. Horrible staff. I had an appointment for a test. I got my driver license and I was ready on time then they said passport as well. I did not know that and also it is not required for my test. Because I know it. I took it before. However, they did not even give me any chance. I hate that center. Do not waste your money in here.

My experience at Sylvan was fantastic! I entered with the goal of raising my ACT score from my initial 21 and 22, up to a 28 or 29. With consistent and personalized training from their competent tutors, I was able to achieve that goal and went on to receive an appointment from a United States Service Academy! The tutors do a great job of using technology as a platform for learning. Children around the room looked excited to learn when interacting with an IPAD instead of pen and paper. I spent a lot of my own time using their online resources to practice old and new concepts. Consistency and willingness to learn have a significant impact on the outcome of your time spent at Sylvan. I am very grateful for all the staff and would highly recommend checking out Sylvan.

I would never send my child there again. They sit them down in front of an IPAD and don't teach them. Spent 7000 on a program for both my kids and they only used it for 4 months. Still had to pay the entire 7000. NEVEr GO THERE!!! WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME! All I want is my money back and they refused. They don't answer your calls and they ignore you. I hope this place closes one day. Can't stand how they treat there paying customers.
