I've never been so disgusted or disappointed in any company, but Sweet Alley TOPPED IT. The ice cream/yogurt here was horrible, fruit wasn't even ripe, bananas were black, granola was too hard to bit and most of all bad customer service, the employees knew nothing about what they are doing nor did they want to make you a happy customer. Their prices are over rated for what they serve.I rather go to Backyard Bowls, My advice DONT go to SWEET ALLEY

The only froyo option in IV. Pricier than Yogurtland for the same quality, though the full candy bar and cold brew on tap are nice choices. Machines have a bad habit of being out of service.
