Thorough and Efficient. Swartz is quick to respond, and does not disappear halfway through! Their system includes detailed notes on the progress of their work, keeping their partners in the loop. Highly recommended.

Worst company I have ever worked with. Called me up to do some Electrical work on a burned out house. After spending 4 hours doing research and estimates. They decided they didn't want to hire me because I required One half of money up front for parts, which is my normal operation.I have never worked for them so didn't know if they where trustworthy or not. They also refused to pay me for my 4 hours of work.. Judge for yourself and buyer be where.
