Not really happy with Westrich, the chair we got make noise every time my husband sits in it, which for 800.00 dollars it should be quite as a mouse, then the sales lady told us the wrong recliner, we ask her which recliner did my brother in law got and she told us wrong, went out to my brother in law and the Recliners are totally different he has a FLEX STEEL and the one that we got was a Lane no where close to each other.. I’m just so mad and disgusted with the whole thing..
We always have gotten our furniture from Westrich, just not for sure about them now..😡😡😡

I recently purchased a twin bed for my daughter and paid for it to be assembled the assembly guys arrived and couldn't fit it up the stairs I was under the impression it would be assembled in my house unfortunately even though we wanted the bed they took it back because it wouldn't fit The bed was $275 with headboard now I'm being charged $52 for a restocking fee even though I wanted the bed and they were unable to get it in my daughters room I was under the impression they would assemble it in her room and since I'm still not at fault I have to pay them $52 for a restocking fee I will consider this when we purchasing furniture in the future from somewhere else

We bought two chairs in March, we were told that the chair only came as electric recliners and we were reassured that we would have no problems with the power unit. The unit lasted until July on one of the chairs. They said they would be out on a Tuesday to pick up the chair any time after 9 am They showed up at 5:30 pm, set around the house all day waiting on them. They set up to bring the chair back to us on the following Saturday sometime before 2 . When we called them at 2 to ask where our chair was they said we were 14th on the truck and they would be there sometime yet that day. Their customer service is terrible. We will never buy anything there again.

Great prices, great people, and great experience. We have bought most of our furniture there and will continue to in the future. They have the same products as the big expensive stores without the big expensive price. :) we've been going here for the past 10 years and have never been disappointed.
