  YOU LITERALLY WALK INTO A PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS AND NOT ONE PERSON THERE ISNT AS KEY TO THE NEXT,FROM THE FRONT DESK FOR PARTS OR THE GUY BEHIND THE COMPUTER THAT NOBODY REALLY SEES..THE SALES CREW WAS VERY NICE AS ME AND I BELIEVE HIS NAME WAS SCOTT HAD A GREAT CONVERSATION WHILE I WAITED FOR JUSTIN THE CERTIFIED TECH WAS THE ONLY MECHANIC WORKING THAT DAY AND SQUEEZED ME IN INSTEAD OF TURNING ME AWAY..I WAS IN FROM OUT OF STATE OF COURSE AND ONLY HAD THE WEEKEND TO RIDE..NOT ENOUGH STARS TO GIVE YOU GUYS..THANKS SO MUCH AGAIN..ANYONE THAT NEEDS ANY ATV's,SIDE BY SIDES ETC FROM BUYING TO SERVICE THIS IS A PERFECT PLACE TO DO BUSINESS WITH

  Purchased a 570 SP after reviewing a few of the models. Sales staff was informative, knew the machines well. Then two months in my battery went out after I installed a winch I purchased from them!
  
  I was going to have to pay for the repairs (battery and new winch connector) because the installation was done by myself. Then when the new part got in they realized I was sold the winch for the 850 model, and not the 570. Which when I installed it would have caused it to ground out and ruin the battery if not more.
  
  They called me and explained the situation and before I could even say does this mean you guys pay for it they agreed they wouldn't want to be responsible for a bill when they were sold the wrong part either! So like that they replaced the winch, and even installed my snow plow for me free of charge.
  
  There truly is no better place to service your ATV needs than Swampfox Motorsports. Will be a long time customer and probably buying a RZR or Ranger here within the next two years. 5* all the way. Love the staff! Very honest!!

  My son took his Sea Doo jet ski to them. The unit would not not start. They first said the computer was out. Then they said the instrument cluster was bad. It worked when we took it to them. Then they said the supercharger was out. They said they would have to replace it and not rebuild due to damage to the casing (which was true if there would have been severe damage). We opted to take it to the Boat Doctor in Bristol TN because the the shadiness of SwampFox with the computer issues the unit was having. The Boat Doctor did rebuild the current supercharger but Swamp Fox also failed to check the oil pan. There was ball bearings in the oil pan which would have resulted in catastrophic engine failure which would have lead to and engine rebuild or replacement. My son lost $900+ on Swampfox but we have all learned NEVER TO TAKE ANYTHING TO SWAMPFOX AGAIN!!! The Drive to Bristol to The Boat Doctor is well worth the money.
