  The HD Susquehanna staff (service dept) was extermly friendly the seconded I walked in, even though I was wearing a pink polo shirt lol.. I needed a small but extermly hard to find part (replacement spring for headlight) they found one!
  I wish some NJ HD shops had a 1/3rd of professionalism and care Susquedanna has, I wouldn't have to worry when I walk in one..

  Honestly, I haven't had such incredible customer service in a very long time! They were the friendliest, honest, and most incredible group of people. I am beyond impressed with the attention they gave to making sure the process was fun and easy for us ! I could not impress more how blown away I am by this place!!!! Definitely recommend!!!

  Always treats me like family even for the three years I spent "just looking". Never high pressure but there if you need them. Finally purchased my 2014 Ultra Glide there and the excellent service has continued. Bill, the owner, is very involved with riding and the HOG chapter. Movie nights, Special after hour events. Bill sets up and leads a Summer Ride Series" that is actually open to all. I have run into People on other brands and from as far away as Philadelphia participating in these rides.

  We are currently on a road trip with 9 of our friends from the Boston Area.. Two of us experienced fuel filler cap issues on our 16 Road Glides. The staff at dealership took care of us under warranty and got us on our way in record time! Thank you Bill & Dave for taking the time and setting us up on a great ride!! It just blew my mind that Bill took the time to setup a ride for us, since we are unfamiliar with the area, We then uploaded the ride Bill created into my NAV system and away we went. Very much appreciatedl, Skeeters was also outstanding BBQ! Thanks again, from your new friends in Boston.

  Excellent service. Very helpful. They really care about customers and want repeat business. I just bought my first Harley ever and it was a pleasant experience working with Corey. I originally had my eye on a used Soft tail classic but started the paperwork on a new 2016 model when I got cold feet because it was way more then I wanted to spend. I couldn't justify financing it for 82 months and not ride it all year round or the monthly payments. I canceled the new one and went for the 7 year old classic. Corey was very understanding and never pressured me into buying the new one. He just wanted to sell me the bike I wanted not the one he would make a bigger commission on. Very pleased with the place.
