I do not recommend using Susan Lewis Ltd for your tax filing needs. We have utilized her services and are not satisfied with their customer service or rather, lack there of. I recently called and left a message for a call back as the IRS has sent a letter advising of some issues regarding our return and they NEVER called back. Pretty disappointed considering the amount they charge for their services.

We have been doing business with Susan Lewis since 2005 and are very happy with the accounting and tax services. I had a business in the Chicago suburbs which Susan's office supported while we were getting started and running the business. We ran into some sales tax audit issues which Sue and staff handled very professionally for us. We continued to use Susan Lewis after selling the business and moving out of state. They helped us navigate the sale of the business. They have also provided good references for other services such as legal. Sue and her staff are knowledgeable and professional. We trust them.
