ive loved this place since i was young! their smoothies are great and the people working there are perfectly nice.

I asked for a cup of water at this place because my 3 kids were really thirsty and the vending machines were not working and the man who was behind the counter decided to charge me one dollar for tap water with ice.

Poor Quality products and rude customer service: My daughter ordered a pineapple coconut orange smoothie that did not taste right. She attempted to get something else but the staff worker who was a male laughed at her and would not give her something different. My daughter then went to my wife who tasted it and agreed there was something wrong with the drink. My wife then approached a lady working who said she the owner. My wife explained the situation and the lady refused to accommodate our request. The "owner" then became hostile towards my wife and daughter. We highly recommend that you spend your money somewhere else next time you are in Briarwood Mall.
