  The best care you’ll receive in Stephenville. Never experienced an ER visit that was this easy. Dr. Chase and his nurse Wanda took such good care of me and were so friendly.

  I’ve never had anything but good experiences with the entire staff at Surepoint in Stephenville. They are quick, thorough, and have great bedside manner.

  The staff were rude and didn't help with getting comfortable. The facility was nice but had to adjust the chair on my own.

  The receptionist was absolutely wonderful, nothing but praise for her.
  The nurse and doctor were friendly, but did minimal checks. I went i saying i wanted to test for strep and other throat/lung issues. They did a quick exam and then after 15min of waiting the receptionist came to tell me that they were perscribing antibiotics for a throat infection. $150 minimum cost for going. Zero tests done, they barely did an exam. The next night i ended up in the er for breathing issues and learned I had the flu type a. Very dissapointed with the care.

  I’m got a stomach bug after coming in from out of town and really needed medicine prescribed. I was not sure what to expect coming into some place new & not knowing much about it. I just want to say I’m blown away by the staff and how they cared for me during my visit. They made me feel comfortable, calmed me down, & provided for me with care and quickly. Thank you so much to the doctors and nurses who took such amazing care of me!
