I highly recommend this firm. David Johnson and Irma Smith did a great job for us. After our land sale closed (and they were paid), we had back taxes to settle for almost a year. Throughout this period, Irma stayed on top of the issue. I appreciate how prompt she was in returning all of my emails and calls, and how she worked hard to get what we needed from the other party to completely wrap up the deal. They were so nice to do business with. I would definitely use them again!
