Trustworthy, kind-hearted, genuine, as well as knowledgeable. We found a gem when we found Jon and his crew at Surefire, years ago. We have been there for inspections, tire rotations, oil changes, brakes, as well as for other issues, and will be sticking with Surefire as long as we live in this area. Jon will go out of his way to help you drive away with a vehicle in tip-top shape, and he gets it done as quickly as he possibly can. I've seen him go out of his way, not just for our family, but for others that pop in for a last-minute repair need. If you want to be treated like a friend, and if you want to have your vehicle well taken care of, with fair pricing, this is the place you want to go!

By far the best experience I have ever had with any mechanic. The work done was amazing and very fast, my car was done before I knew it and it looked better than it did before it was in the accident. James went above and beyond providing the best customer experience I could have ever asked for. If anyone is looking for a mechanic this is without a doubt the place to go!!!

You wont find a more honest repair shop, to the above 1 star review who questioned the cost of a LR brake caliper, there are full load calipers as well as unloaded calipers, and price differences between the two exist. One is a complete assembly the other is not, I'm certain John the owner would have eased your perception with a simple explanation if given a chance. Just saying!

We have been going to John since he moved to that location and would trust no one else with our cars. He has done work to our Cadillac, Tahoe, Volvo, and BMW and we have been more than satisfied every time. His prices are always very fair and his work is always pristine. He has done bodywork, collision work, and handles all of our inspections, maintenance, repairs, and engine work. He knows how to work with and deal with all of the insurance issues to. Most genuine and fairest automotive shop that we have ever dealt with. He will always have our business and trust.

Good job. Although I'm curious why a part (LR brake caliper) that cost $69.99 at an auto parts retail store cost me over $100 MORE than that.. take caution on your bill.
