Unfortunately this is the second time I have experienced terrible customer service from this establishment. All of the employees who were working on there on 10/03/22 ignored me the whole time I was there. They were busy socializing with each other. I saw a wig I really liked and was about to ask for assistance so that I could make a purchase but no one acted like they wanted to be bothered so I let them know how I felt and left.

My wife and I travel from King George, Va. to shop for Men's and Women's clothing, cosmetics, etc. Always excellent service !

My Wife always sends me to this location to purchase her hair products. They have a wide selection to choose from and my wife is always happy with everything we get here. You don't really need any assistance, since everything is well stocked and in plain sight. This is our number one place/stop for all hair essential needs. The prices are reasonable as well.
