  I have lived in the neighborhood for 10 years now and I can tell you Superior Wine and Liquor is easily the most honest and well run store we have. Every member of the team is kind, courteous and knows you personally. They are the BEST!! And I will continue to support this locally owned family run store.

  Superior Wine & Liquor is my go to shop. They have a great Champagne and Sparkling selection that's well priced.
  Their well stocked refrigerated selection is very helpful.
  Friendly staff and a great owner make shopping experience a pleasure! Easy to shop/well organized/ and very clean!

  5/5 stars but I would give 100 if I could. Best prices in river north with even better service. Nick the owner is kind, inviting, and a corner stone of the community. Not just for drinks but they have have a great selection of everything and will always serve you with a smile. I've been coming here for years and encourage others to come here too! I 💖 them!

  When you walk in, there is an immediate sigh of relief that you will find what you’re looking for. They have everything liquor/beer/wine under the sun, and also great snacks. Not only that, but the employees there could not be more friendly or helpful. Living in the neighborhood for 3+ years now, the owner Nick has not only become an acquittance, but a daily friend we stop by to say hello to. The business is run to a T and we wouldn’t go anywhere else. Whether you’re in the neighborhood and looking for a liquor store, or live in River North and need a convenient place to grab some High Noons, go to Superior!

  Best shop in the city. They always are the most professional and friendly people I have ever met. They are dog friendly and even have treats for your dogs. I highly recommend if you need anything while in Gold Coast, this is your spot.
