The caregivers at Advancare are remarkable. They are highly trained, compassionate, and treat their clients with utmost respect and kindness. They assist with all aspects of personal care, including bathing, grooming, and medication reminders, while fostering a warm and friendly environment. It's evident that they have a genuine passion for what they do, and it reflects in the quality of care they provide.
What impressed me the most is the level of companionship and emotional support they offer. They engage with clients in meaningful conversations, actively listen to their stories, and participate in activities that promote mental stimulation and social interaction. I have used Keepsake Companions services for several years. My mother has high needs and each caretaker has been understanding, cooperative, and kind. I have even run into times where my mother’s personal provider could not show up for her shift. I called Amy and she was able to send a caretaker to cover the shift the same day. I strongly recommend this reliable service!

My mother was at her wits’ end caring for my father. She kept it up 24-7 as his condition worsened and refused overnight help. She spoke to many places and kept saying that it didn’t feel right, or that people didn’t seem to care enough about their needs, but rather their business.
Then we discovered Keepsake Companion. Holy cow- Amy went above and beyond to make my mother feel at ease and within minutes my mother was booking caregivers. Each nurse has been exceptional and the level of care and assistance far better and more comforting than we could have imagined.
They are excellent, proactive communicators, always checking in and Amy works side by side with our family to ensure that my parents are getting what they need. My mom is actually sleeping 5 hours a night - peacefully!
This was the best decision we made and the pricing is straightforward. Plus, if we need to put my father in a facility for whatever reason, they have all the skinny on every facility and can negotiate pricing for you.response / report this review
