Gary & Diane at Superior Graphics have been incredible to work with every time we called on them for help. I am a volunteer with a non profit and Superior Graphics has made fund-raising tee shirts for us, multiple times. They have always been caring, in tune to our needs, and anxious to do all that they can for our organization. They are definitely a five star company that goes above and beyond for their customers. Never had a problem with Gary at Superior Graphics, he looks out for us and wants to make sure our products turn out right. Might be more expensive than some online purveyors, but then you also know a real person is working on it and will help make things right if they don't turn out as planned. And because then you can see colors/samples in person before you put in your order.

The folks at Superior Graphics are GREAT! Gary helped me with a less traditional item: black ceramic piggy banks to be given as gifts to some students at Michigan Technological University. The banks came out beautifully, and everyone loved them. Gary also recently helped a student organization that I advise order some last-minute promotional cups. I know that a lot of students use Superior Graphics to get shirts made, and one student of mine submitted some art work that needed modifications. Gary made these modifications with no problem, and my student came raving to me. My experience with Superior Graphics has been great!

The people that run this business are completely out of their minds. I went in to cancel an order, and I was told that because they were from Detroit that was what they would bring to the table.

The reason for the cancellation was because the T-shirt art (which was not necessary in the first place) took over five days and two times stopping in for them to send it by e-mail. This is unacceptable for something that just had letting and no art at all.

The way that I was treated is 100% the worst I have been treated at any business I have ever been to. I was told that I was poor, and I just needed the money back. That has to be one of the worst comments that I received.
