I bought a used Miele vacuum from Bissonette's about 10 years ago. Bob had taken it in on trade and tuned it up before selling it. Even used, it was more expensive than most vacs at Wal Mart. But it's an amazing machine. Still going strong. When I do need a new van, I'll definitely buy it from Bissonette's. Well worth the money! And the service they provides is incredible. They really know their stuff!

Purchased a Miele vacuum from Bob. He's very knowledgeable. It's a great machine, and we never regretted the purchase. Like the saying goes, "I'm too poor to buy cheap things."

I hate to give a bad review, but it took 3 months for my sewing machine to get fixed here. I know they're busy and all, but that seems like an extreme amount of time to repair something that wasn't really that broken at all in the first place (just a few screwy adjustments that were off). I think I would have rather spent those 3 months learning how to repair it myself online instead of wondering if my poor sewing machine was forgotten in a corner somewhere. And on top of waiting a quarter of a year for it to get fixed, it was hella expensive too. Ouch.
