I’m really not happy with experience there at all. The staff was friendly but the doctor I saw wasn’t helpful at all. He wasn’t listening to what I was saying he just kept telling me I was fine. I already have glasses and wanted a new pair with a better prescription and he told me I didn’t need glasses.

I can't say enough about this practice. Dr. Jessica (Hartwig) Jackson is outstanding and thorough!! The staff is welcoming and friendly, and very knowledgeable. They have a great selection of eye wear to choose from!

In January of 2013, I had a traumatic brain injury as a result of a skiing accident. The TBI caused vision issues that resulted in an inability to read, drive, or focus properly. I was referred to the Superior Eye Health and Vision Clinic. I was tested by Dr. Johnson and subsequently had months of therapy with Chris to address these issues. I cannot tell you how challenging my therapy was however, Chris encouraged me and I soon realized that my vision was improving. After almost a year of therapy, I am able to read, drive, and return to my normal activities. I highly recommend this clinic, the staff especially Chris, and Dr Johnson. They were life saving after my accident.

Heidi did a fantastically cohesive job. Her attention to detail was wonderful and the office personnel made it a pleasant experience. The testing was extensive and I think that all bases were covered. She was even able to help when I didn't express an interest in bi-focals. I understand it is a personal pride issue but she took it in stride easily and offered options quickly and easily. I would recommend this to anyone.
