  The clothes washer was not working. Alex responded quickly to my request for service. He diagnosed the problem and recommend that I purchase a new washer because the part was just as expensive as a new washer and hard to get. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient.

  I called, left a message. The tech responded in 15 minutes. He made an appointment to see my broken dryer the next day at 4PM. He was running early so he called me and we were able to start earlier. The dryer was an old ASKO (25 years) and parts are scarce. He fixed the problem with ingenuity, great care, and professionalism. I recommend him highly and will be using this company again.

  Professional, timely, great communicator. He responded to my phone call request right away, scheduled an appt, and came on time. He wears gloves and a mask. Ordered the part and scheduled the repair and came on time again. Highly recommended!

  We called Superior appliance after not being satisfied with another repair company who kept on pushing us off one week at a time for different excuses. Superior sent Alex the next morning. You know exactly what he was doing and had the job completed in half an hour or so. We were extremely satisfied
