Its being revampedits rough around the edges. The prices are really good. Give this place a little time. It should turn out nice.

Let's just say I've already reported the management here to The Civil Rights Division and the BBB. If you're a good person or have children, avoid this location at all costs.

Yucky little motel. First, it's labeled under a number of different names Howard Johnsons, bell motel. Second, they were having some strange plumbing issue. I got to my room that smelled of mildew and when I took my shoes off to go to the restroom I stepped on to totally saturated carpet. Presumably from whatever plumbing issue they were having. Third, bathroom was legitimately dirty, floor filthy and hair from the previous guest on the tub,stains on the walls. I gave one star because the bed was not totally uncomfortable and it was a quiet location.

I'll give it a four. As previously mentioned, this is not a luxurious resort spot by any definition, however it IS very affordable compared to most of it's local area competition. I stayed a few nights here n there last year and I will recommend it to friends and family or anyone needing decent, clean affordable lodging. On the down side, not sure what the issue is, but their guest laundry, pool, and snack machines are out of order.

This is a hotel not visited for it's decor or it's stunning looks.. It is however ran by a grat staff who has been nothing but polite and helpful for me.. Although The rooms are a bit run down, they are clean and I've yet to see any kind of bugs?? Relief!! It has been a pleasant stay.. It is one of the most affordable hotels in Phoenix just remember that!!

This is NOT the Ritz-Carlton. This used to be a Super 8, Then the Bell Hotel and Suites but NOWit is the Extenda-suites Extended stay motel. Thank God for this place! It was really ALL we could afford. 4 months. I really love the employees there. Thanks!

I know that alot of people are going to hate on this place, but it is a good bunch of people trying to build a business & it is still a work in progress. Praise God for this place, and the wonderful people I have met as well as see all the time because I have been living here for the past 3 months. ExtendaSuites You GO. Take over the motel industry! Build a NEW Super 8 with kick ass amenities and start this franchise growth! I want to buy stock. I think it is going to be huge. If it is managed correctly. I don't know Kim the manager that well, but I will tell you this.. She is honest & Fair & has a good heart. Thanks for the memories

I stayed here in April. It badly needed renovations. The internet didn't work, the safety latch on the door was missing, the curtains had holes and at night when I turned on the lights bugs would scatter. All in all it was a dump. I posted that here. The manager wrote me to say that renovations we're being done and that I should give it another chance. So here I am. I booked online and paid in advance. When I arrived I asked for one of the renovated rooms I was told that there none were renovated. That's what I get for believing without confirming. In fairness this time the internet has worked about 90% of the time. I must have had the worst room last time as everything works this time. I have only had to kill one bug in 6 nights. However it takes only a few minutes of walking barefoot on this carpet and the soles of your feet will be black. All in all I would not recommend this place. It is the cheapest around but for only a few dollars more you can stay in a much better venue.

The staff were great. Friendly and cheerfully, but that is all I can say for the place. Only 2 lights worked in my room, the door had no weather sealing, just a giant gap between the door and frame The list goes on. Just avoid it until they renovate, if they ever do.

Upon arrival I got a feeling or almost a vibe of what can no better be described as "Florida". The type of neighborhood, hidden location behind a storage facility, the paint in the rooms, the decor, and even many details down to the very feel of the place the entire stay was reminiscent of every time I've stayed at a budget hotel/motel in Florida. This isn't an attack in any way, shape, or form directed at this comfortable, yet moderately priced establishment. It is, simply put, an honest reporting of my experience. Parking was not confusing at all, in fact, this place has something most do not. A parking lot that supports the amount of guests that could be staying in the building at any given time without having to walk more than a few feet to your vehicle. The price I found online and printed for proof was honored without even showing them what I had found. Every encounter with the staff at this friendly business was best described as friendly and informative. All of the questions and concerns I brought to their attention were addressed right away without question and no one ever tried to place blame on me. Most hotels will find a way of showing you how it is your fault, thus the fee for causing it will be this much. Not the case at all here. The beds were not what I would refer to as a throne for the horizontally active, but they were not uncomfortable either. I checked out on time and once again the staff was very polite and even brought all my bags to my car. I am not writing this review because I was implored to, but rather because I feel that if you are ever by bell and i17, you should definitely give this place a chance. I look forward to future stays here and have found a home away from home when I need to attend an overnight meeting in town.

No Star's would be just right for this place. Pet friendly hotel no charge online $15 @ the desk check in. Worst place to ever stay save your money go somewhere else. Filthy disgusting room door had dried blood on it. Scratched all night from being bit by something, lighting horrible, shower had electrical tape wrapped around the shower head, and shower didn't turn on, room suppose to be non smoking smelled of cigarettes, people sitting in the car's looking to either pick up drugs or drop off. I'd rather sleep in my car than ever rent a room here. Took pics of the room. Lady at the front desk said they renovating lmao what a lie this place just NASTY. Used the air-condition stunk like molded farts after it was turned off. No smoke detector in the room. Wish I could post the pics of this room.

Stay away from this hotel !
Dropped in there for one night February 16-2017.
The room was dirty !
Faucets was loos or broken. Couldn't take a shower at all, now water coming out.
The faucets on the sink was loos so only warm water to brush your teeth..
Several rooms with broken windows, looks like a ghetto.
Noisy people outside through most of the night.
They charged us $69.99, but to be honest you don't want to spend 7 dollars there.
