IT is the worst place. Still advertised as a Super 8, but when got there was a Motel 6. The staff was ok, but the room was terrible
Plugins not work, carpet torn and mold in shower stall. Would NOT recommend it to anyone. No breakfast just coffee.
Stayed at the motel in Morehead Ky and was not impressed to say the least. The room was supposed to be cleaned. However the chair in the room looked like someone with grease on their back had sat in in it. No flat screen tv in the room, or refrigerator. They did come in and clean the chair and bring in a fridge, yay me. The chair was still filthy looking. Major thing was one small ice machine for the entire motel and it was giving any ice. Overall rating booooooooo!
Great price in comparison to other hotels in the area and good customer service however the rooms are very dated and in need of upgrading, tub in bathroom needs replaced.
Creepy and sketchy motel. Shower drains are plugged up with hair.
Older building. Great staff. Over all pretty good for price
Decent hotel, no fridge but staff was nice, room was clean. .they didn't risk me out before checkout.
Great people and a nice place to visit can't wait till I return
The friendliest place in town. Budget and it feels like it but not Indian owned when I stayed there. The rest of the town feels kind deliverancesque. The Super 8 was friendly, clean and professional.
It was mediocre. Nothing special
Mediocre. Nothing special
Gross simply gross. Smoke overwhelming.
The rooms are what you should expect for a Super 8 at this price point. I would plan on seeking breakfast and coffee elsewhere. Service and front desk staff today 9pm 2/18/12 was the worst. She was grumpy and did not want to be there. I asked for help to print one page as their lobby compute has been broken for 3 months and she told me I would have to go to the public library. I was offended. Shame on her.
I would like to follow up on this stay..I did go back to the front desk clerk and was told she was not allowed to use the printer and her employer would know if she had. Mr Patel, if your lobby computer has been broken for 3 months, then you need to let your service personnel provide service and help a guest out when needed. It seems to me you are running an opressive workplace and it is creating a very sad and unwelcome property as a whole.
I would not recommend doing any business with this property for anything. I will just have to try not to think aobut this place to get through until morning and make this stay a distant memory,
There's nothing special about this hotel to speak of. The rooms were affordable (please don't book your room online -either through the website or through a discount sited - the front desk staff didn't seem to have any idea how to handle a booking that wasn't a walk-up to the lobby.) If they had amenities I didn't notice them and they weren't pointed out to me. My husband and I stayed at this hotel several times over the past three years while visiting family and always found it to be an exhausting experience. The front desk staff is not rude, but they don't seem terribly interested in helping, and if everything isn't just a straight-forward "sign this, here's your key" transaction they get confused.
We started staying at another hotel in the area. Even though it's more money to stay elsewhere, the difference in price was worth the amenities and service we received at other hotels.
